Business Analyst specializing in er)Workfront, SFDC, requirements (Adobe Workfront Develop
Business Process Audits: Conduct audits at the team, group, and portfolio levels to assess process effectiveness.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into Workfront configurations.
Gap Analysis & Optimization Planning: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.
Data Insights & Reporting Enhancement: Work with the Workfront Admin and System Architect to structure data for meaningful insights.
Training & Documentation: Develop process documentation, user guides, and workflow diagrams.
