Business Analyst Healthcare Domain

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document healthcare domain requirements. You will analyze clinical, operational, and claims data to support reporting, dashboards, and BI initiatives. Additionally, you will create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Data Mapping Documents. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, build analytical reports, and ensure accurate data representation. You will also be responsible for conducting data validation to ensure integrity and consistency across systems and data sources. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and change management processes will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Identifying and recommending process improvements in healthcare workflows and systems will also be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the Healthcare or Clinical domain. - Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD, CPT, EHR, EMR). - Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, profiling, and validation. - Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. - Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. *Note: The job type is contractual/temporary for a period of 12 months.
