Business Analyst – Healthcare Domain

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document healthcare domain requirements.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and claims data to support reporting, dashboards, and BI initiatives.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Data Mapping Documents.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, build analytical reports, and ensure accurate data representation.
• Conduct data validation to ensure integrity and consistency across systems and data sources.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and change management processes.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Identify and recommend process improvements in healthcare workflows and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the Healthcare or Clinical domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD, CPT, EHR, EMR).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, profiling, and validation.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
