Business Analyst

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Define workflows, patient journeys, and system interactions
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure feature accuracy
Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable healthcare IT solutions
Create wireframes, user stories, BRDs, and FRDs
Communicate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders effectively
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy regulations

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:

✔️ Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, or medical workflow systems

JIRA, Confluence, Figma

✔️ Strong communication and documentation skills

✔️ Ability to understand clinical language and translate it into product features
