IBM Content on Demand (CMOD)

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Designer to join the DOM (Document Output Management) team. The responsibilities include:

Designing end-to-end solutions
Gathering and challenging business needs
Modeling, describing, and documenting solutions
Formalizing functional requirements and user stories
Proposing trade-offs where necessary
Supporting project and run activities in collaboration with stakeholders
Defining use cases and contributing to the testing strategy
