Job Description

Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects, initiatives, or system enhancements.
Data Analysis
: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
Process Mapping:
Document current business processes and workflows using tools such as flowcharts or process diagrams to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Solution Design:
Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Testing and Validation:
Develop test cases and conduct testing to validate the functionality and effectiveness of proposed solutions before implementation.
Change Management:
Assist in managing change by providing support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and making recommendations for further improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
