Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst(Female) with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will drive business improvements and optimize processes for our genset operations. This is a full-time position that requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure business goals align with operational excellence.
Qualifications And Skills
- Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in managing, engaging, and communicating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project alignment with JMD.
- Business Process Mapping (Mandatory skill): Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and operational systems to identify gaps and improvements.
- Power Generation Systems (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of genset technologies and power generation systems, essential for effective process analysis in the industry context.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and leverage large datasets to uncover trends, measure performance and support data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Proven success in leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, minimize waste, and improve service delivery within the power manufacturing domain.
- Root Cause Analysis: Strong competency in identifying, analyzing, and addressing underlying problems affecting business operations using systematic methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with engineering, production, sales, and service teams to align project objectives and foster unified business outcomes.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and document current business processes, workflows, and operational systems for genset manufacturing and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to capture business requirements, define project scope, and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide detailed business process mapping of power generation systems to support product innovation and service excellence.
- Lead data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities, measure KPIs, and suggest actionable plans that enhance productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and develop strategies to resolve recurring issues in a timely manner.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives and align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Drive process improvement and change management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and employee engagement.
- Prepare clear documentation, business cases, and periodic reports to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.
