Business Analyst

A key part of the role involves understanding Microsoft policies, eligibility rules, and compliance requirements, and converting them into clear, actionable workflows, checklists, and meaningful presentations for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Documentation

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop SOPs, process flows, eligibility checklists, and operational guidelines.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across Partner operations.
• Translate Microsoft policies, program rules, and eligibility criteria into structured, actionable documents and decision frameworks.

Microsoft Partner Center Operations

• Support day-to-day management of Microsoft Partner Center.
• Track and maintain compliance for Solution Partner Designations, customer associations, and score improvements.
• Assist in managing ISV program benefits, Azure credits, incentives, and co-sell readiness activities.
• Monitor changes in Microsoft Partner Program policies and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Specialization Audit & Compliance Support

• Support audit readiness for Microsoft Specializations (e.g., Modern Work, Security, Azure).
• Maintain evidence repositories including customer references, project documentation, certifications, and performance metrics.
• Prepare audit submissions, manage document traceability, and ensure alignment with Microsoft requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to collect, validate, and organize audit evidence.

Presentation & Communication Support

• Convert complex Microsoft policies and audit requirements into easy-to-understand presentations, summaries, and training materials.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and delivery teams.
• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate audit readiness status, Partner Center updates, and compliance risks.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs related to Partner scorecards, certifications, consumption, and incentives.
• Build simple reports and dashboards using Excel or PowerPoint to support strategic decision-making.
• Help analyze performance trends to improve partner standing and audit preparedness.
