Business Analyst (Female)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and dynamic individual to manage key business functions across multiple brands in the group. This role will combine responsibilities across social media & website management, HR & administrative support, business development, vendor management, CRM/analytics tool management, and general operations management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the seamless operation and growth of the business. Travel within Delhi NCR will be required for business meetings and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Website Management:

• Manage the social media handles for all the brands in the group.
• Keep websites of all brands updated, ensuring that content is current, relevant, and engaging by coordinating with the IT/marketing teams & vendors.
  

2. HR & Administrative Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including onboarding, and manage recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs).
• Organize and manage office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative systems.
  

3. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the various brands within the group.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners, scheduling and conducting meetings to explore new opportunities.
  

4. Operations Management:

• Ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently, addressing any challenges that arise.
• Manage and coordinate events such as shoots, shows, and conferences as required.
  

5. Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services and products.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  

6. CRM & Analytics Tool Management:

• Oversee and update CRM/SAAS systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and analyze data using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to support business strategies.
  

7. Miscellaneous Work:

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by management.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives aimed at achieving company-wide goals and continuous improvement.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA

  (preferred) / Dynamic Graduate who wants to grow & learn in a multi-dimensional role.
• Proven experience in social media management, analytics, and operations coordination.
  
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools
  
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and host events.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handling administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
  

• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR

  for business meetings and on-site events as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
