Business Analyst – Reinsurance (ProCede Expertise Preferred)

Role Overview:

Reinsurance fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document

  Reinsurance contract structures

  , terms, and calculation logic.
• Collaborate with ETL developers to design and validate

  data pipelines

  for inbound and outbound integrations with the PAS system.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for data transformation and mapping.
• Support testing and validation of reinsurance data flows and calculations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on

  Reinsurance processes

  , including treaty and facultative arrangements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of

  Reinsurance principles and calculations

  .
• Experience with

  ProCede (FIS Global)

  or similar PAS systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams on

  ETL and data integration

  projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
