Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with prior experience in product demonstrations and client-facing documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience working with HRMS/HCM platforms and should be comfortable managing both product communication and documentation aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into solutioning decks and proposals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer-facing documents such as: Product manuals, Training guides, Solution documents, FAQs and help documentation
• Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to support customer onboarding and engagement processes.
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and communicate product enhancements.
• Assist in product testing and internal documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Presales / Product Documentation role.
• Prior experience in an HRMS/HCM company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and terminologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Work Arrangement

• Remote-first role, but the candidate must be based in Delhi-NCR / Noida.
• Required to attend periodic in-office meetings and discussions at our Noida office.
