Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Bridge the gap between clients (Merchant/Bank) and the technical team, ensuring accurate and comprehensive requirement analysis.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and work closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Change Management: Analyse change requests and coordinate necessary adjustments with the Development Team, ensuring smooth implementation.

• Project Coordination: Work with the Project Management Team to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Process Documentation: Prepare detailed process flow charts for business operations, interfaces, and handoffs, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

• Client Interface: Serve as the primary interface for customers, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

• Wireframing & Mock-ups: Create wireframes and mock-up screens to visualize project outcomes and facilitate better understanding among stakeholders.

• Communication & Negotiation: Possess excellent communication skills for effective client interactions, proposal sharing, and negotiations.

• Operational Analysis: Study business functions to determine operational objectives and design new programs by constructing workflow charts and diagrams.

• System Improvement: Analyze current practices, design modifications, and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.

• Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and participation in professional societies.

• Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in the banking and fintech industry.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in UML Diagrams, BRD & FRD Preparation, Impact Analysis, Testing Scenarios/Cases, and UAT.

• Soft Skills: Strong listening, speaking, and writing communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to comprehend and document business requirements, draw wireframes, and prepare compelling presentations (PPTs).

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with expertise in reconciliation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliation processes and will play a critical role in enhancing our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for reconciliation processes across various payment channels, including UPI, BBPS, and payment gateways.

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into BRD (Business Requirement Documents), and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement reconciliation solutions that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop user manuals, process documentation, and training materials to support the implementation and adoption of reconciliation solutions.

• Conduct client interactions to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.

• Assist in project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Analyze reconciliation results, identify discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in reconciliation technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.

• Experience in creating BRDs, process documentation, and user manuals.
