Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specifically related to

    DuckCreek DMS

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Work closely with development and

    QA (Quality Assurance)

    teams to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery.
  • Conduct

    gap analysis

    and recommend improvements for process efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to validate requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Skills Required

    3 years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek DMS

  • Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and workflows.
