Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, Python (advanced preferred), and an ability to derive actionable insights is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operationalefficiency. Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.Statistical and Predictive Modeling: Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide Decision-making.Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to define andexecute business strategies.

Requirements
