About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through multiple channels .
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation on performs like upwork , freelancer , linkedin (B2B preferred).
• Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Track and report performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation on performs like upwork , freelancer , linkedin (B2B preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving growth targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,643.50 - ₹50,116.59 per month
