Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Ensure solutions align with financial regulations and client goals.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial domain.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and user behavior.
Proven experience with web platform development and user-centric design.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Background in financial projects is essential.
Understanding of Salesforce and AI technologies.
Availability to work in alignment with the Central European Time (CET) zone.
