Business Analyst cum Product manager

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Conduct requirement workshops, user story creation, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Perform data analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Validate deliverables to ensure they meet business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Visio (or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Education

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) will be an added advantage.
