Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable business analyst who focuses on technology and B2B distribution. This role involves working closely with both internal development teams and external client partners to optimize business processes and integrate client-specific requirements into our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Multi-tasking and Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various client partners to identify, document, and prepare requirements for the development team.

● Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

● API Requirements Analysis: Review and thoroughly understand the API requirements of our clients. Conduct detailed analyses to map client API specifications against internal APIs, identifying any gaps or variances. Knowledge of Markup languages (XML, JSON) is a prerequisite.

● Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document requirements and findings, particularly variances identified in API specifications. These documents will serve as a primary guide for the development team to create or modify APIs for optimal client integration.

● Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the development team to provide insights and guidance on client requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

● Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

● Technical Knowledge: Understanding of API structures and familiarity with various integration methodologies.

● Industry Experience: Experience in B2B distribution, particularly within the technology sector.
