Job Overview:

CT Automotive Group plc is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join its Finance team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate from a reputable university who is eager to build a career in financial analysis and business operations within a global automotive components organization.

In this role, you will support core finance activities with a focus on Inventory, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP). You will work closely with business units across multiple regions, developing insights that support efficient financial operations and decision-making.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Analysis

- Monitor inventory levels, movements, and variances across global locations.

- Assist in preparation of stock reconciliation and valuation reports.

- Analyse slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock items and prepare summaries for management review.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Support the finance team in analysing customer outstanding balances.

- Track ageing reports and follow up on discrepancies.

- Identify trends in collections and potential risks in overdue accounts.

3. Accounts Payable (AP)

- Assist in reviewing supplier invoices, payment cycles, and AP ageing.

- Support reconciliation processes between vendor statements and internal records.

- Highlight issues or delays in payments and propose improvements.

4. Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple international teams.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of financial dashboards and summaries.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with teams across China, Turkey, UK, Europe, USA, and Mexico.

- Support global finance initiatives and process improvement projects.

- Participate in calls, discussions, and alignment meetings with international stakeholders.
