Role Overview: As a Business Analyst (BA) in this role, you will be responsible for understanding data and data architecture, metrics, and their significance in the design and delivery of new dashboards. Your main duties will include identifying and engaging data owners, translating business requirements into technical requirements, and conducting process mapping with a focus on Risk Transformation. You will also need to have knowledge of requirement gathering and BRD/FRD documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the quality and completeness of solutions and data by leveraging relevant experience in controls. Your role will involve challenging current practices, enhancing dashboard designs through innovative design and technology utilization, and collaborating with cross-line-of-business working groups to design and approve solutions. Demonstrable experience in designing dashboards to meet the needs of diverse user groups, along with a solid understanding of risk management and the latest dashboard technologies and trends, is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Understand data and data architecture, metrics, and their significance in dashboard design and delivery - Identify and engage data owners - Translate business requirements into technical requirements - Conduct process mapping with a focus on Risk Transformation - Utilize knowledge of requirement gathering and BRD/FRD documentation - Ensure quality and completeness of solutions and data through experience in controls - Challenge current practices and enhance dashboard designs through innovative design and technology utilization - Collaborate with cross-line-of-business working groups to design and approve solutions - Design dashboards to meet the needs of diverse user groups - Stay updated on risk management practices and latest dashboard technologies and trends Qualifications Required: - CFA/FRM certification is a plus - Strong analytical skills and statistical background Additional Details: The company values experience in Programme delivery on strategic programmes, interaction with executive-level management, TOM development, regulatory requirements mapping, and gap analysis, governance, reporting, MI/dashboarding delivery, and knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk. Experience in capturing and analyzing the daily movement of EAD numbers for Financing Products, calculating counterparty credit risk, exposure calculation methodologies, and implementing Modelled and Non-Modelled calculation algorithms is highly desirable. Hands-on experience of Exposure Calculation at Portfolio level for both Modeled and Non-Modeled transactions, understanding adjustments at the counterparty level for traded products, exposure reporting, and risk monitoring is also preferred. Some exposure to credit risk reporting platforms and risk engines will be beneficial for this role.,
