Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding data and data architecture, metrics, and their importance in developing new dashboards. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into technical requirements, conducting process mapping, and collaborating with cross-line-of-business working groups to design and approve solutions. Additionally, you will need to challenge current practices, enhance dashboard designs through innovative technology utilization, and ensure the quality and completeness of solutions and data. It is essential to have demonstrable experience in designing dashboards that cater to diverse user groups and a solid understanding of risk management principles. Key Responsibilities: - Understand data and data architecture, metrics, and their significance in designing new dashboards - Identify and engage data owners - Translate business requirements into technical requirements - Conduct process mapping and collaborate with cross-line-of-business working groups - Challenge current practices and enhance dashboard designs through innovative technology utilization - Ensure the quality and completeness of solutions and data - Design dashboards to meet the needs of diverse user groups - Stay updated on the latest dashboard technologies and trends Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience in Risk Transformation - Knowledge of requirement gathering and BRD/FRD documentation - Relevant experience in controls to ensure solution quality and completeness - Ability to collaborate with cross-line-of-business working groups - Solid understanding of risk management principles - Strong analytical skills and statistical background Additional Company Details: The company values individuals with the following desirable experiences: - Programme delivery on strategic programmes - Interaction with executive-level management - TOM development - Regulatory requirements mapping and gap analysis - Governance, Reporting, and MI/dashboarding delivery - Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk, Exposure calculation methodologies, and experience in implementing calculation algorithms - Hands-on experience with Exposure Calculation at Portfolio level for both Modeled and Non-Modeled transactions - Working knowledge of calculating and reporting default risk for traded products - Exposure to credit risk reporting platforms and risk engine Skills and Qualifications: - CFA/FRM certification is a plus - Strong analytical skills and statistical background,
