Business Analyst - Commercial Excellence - Water & Industrial Business Unit

As a Business Analyst in the Commercial Excellence team of the Water & Industrial Business Unit at Sulzer, your role involves: - Comprehending business processes and systems, focusing on sales processes and accuracy in sales reporting. - Improving data quality for automated monitoring and forecasting processes. - Identifying waste in transactional processes and introducing continuous improvement practices. - Contributing to Business Intelligence projects and utilizing Data Scientist skills. - Supporting company-wide LEAN and ESH initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce CRM, CPQ, ERPs, and other main systems support WIBU's business processes. This includes: - Leading the WIBU Salesforce Champion network. - Coordinating CRM maintenance and dashboard creation. - Supporting Business Intelligence data collection and governance. Furthermore, you will support the sales management team in enabling agile and market-segment-focused front sales activity. This involves: - Reviewing pipelines/forecasts with the sales management team. - Managing commercial follow-up by region, segment, and business type. - Collaborating with Finance and Strategy for budgeting processes. - Tracking progress on the X-Matrix platform and managing rolling forecasts. Your role also entails acting as a role model for accountability, integrity, and business ethics, ensuring full compliance with all local laws and regulations. To excel in this position, you should have: - 3-5 years of work experience. - Professional expertise in business analysis projects, basic finance, and knowledge of Sulzer Pumps products. - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce CRM, QlikSense, PowerBI, or equivalent tools. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. - Preferred certification in Data Science. - Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages appreciated. - Soft skills such as analytical ability, enthusiasm, innovation, resilience, and effective communication. - The ability to work in a multicultural environment, problem-solving skills, good networking, and cooperation skills, willingness to travel internationally, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
