Business Analyst - Commercial Excellence - Water & Industrial Business Unit

As a Business Analyst in the Commercial Excellence team of the Water & Industrial Business Unit at Sulzer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes, ensuring accurate sales reporting, and optimizing data quality for monitoring and forecasting. Your primary focus will be on sales processes, waste detection, and value chain streamlining through continuous improvement practices. You will be responsible for comprehending business processes and related systems, leading process improvement activities, and contributing to Business Intelligence projects. Your role will involve collaborating with the LEAN and ESH initiatives company-wide to drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and coordination of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, ERPs, and other main systems supporting WIBU's business processes. You will lead the WIBU Salesforce Champion network, conduct regular meetings with champions, and ensure CRM and BI Tools Dashboard creation and maintenance. Supporting the sales management team, you will facilitate agile and market-segment focused front sales activities, conduct pipeline/forecast reviews, and manage commercial follow-up by region and business type. You will also liaise with Finance and Strategy for budgeting processes and track progress on the X-Matrix platform. As a role model for accountability, integrity, and business ethics, you will ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as corporate guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of work experience, expertise in business analysis projects, familiarity with Salesforce CRM, SAP, and BI tools, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. Data Science expertise and proficiency in MS Office, QlikSense, PowerBI, or equivalent tools are preferred. Moreover, possessing soft skills such as analytical thinking, enthusiasm, innovation, resilience, and effective communication will be beneficial. You should also demonstrate problem-solving abilities, good networking skills, and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority. A willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a busy multicultural environment is essential.
