Job Overview. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying system requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT consulting industry or BFSI domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software. Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus. Roles And Responsibilities. Analyze and document business processes and requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather information. Identify and assess business needs and recommend solutions. Create functional specifications and system design documents. Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure successful implementation. Provide support and conduct user training as needed. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Assist in quality assurance activities and perform testing as required.
