Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD).

Create clear and concise artifacts including

wireframes

workflows

, and

Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

Work closely with

development

QA

, and

project management

teams to ensure proper implementation and validation of requirements.

Use tools like

JIRA

and

Confluence

for issue tracking, documentation, and project collaboration.

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables.

Participate in

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

and support change management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT services.

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and SDLC (Agile, Scrum preferred).

Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, user stories, workflows, and wireframes.

Hands-on experience with

JIRA

Confluence

, or equivalent project management tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
