About the Role:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for translating business needs into technical

solutions? Join our team as an IT Business Analyst and play a critical role in shaping the

technology roadmap for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, bridging the gap

between business requirements and technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution and

successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather insights.

  • Prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process

flows, and wireframes (Figma).

2. Process Analysis & Improvement:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Propose new workflows or enhancements that align with business goals.

  • Support change management by documenting "as-is" and "to-be" states clearly.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, development teams, QA, and project

management.

  • Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for end users.

4. Solution Evaluation:

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business

requirements.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios and verifying

business rules.

  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess solution effectiveness.

5. Project Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in project planning, scope management, and timeline estimation.

  • Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain alignment between evolving business needs and the technical roadmap.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
