15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research to gather relevant information, and synthesizing this data to propose effective business solutions. You will also assess the current state of operations and identify customer requirements to define the desired future state, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Requirements Analysis. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
