Project Role : Business Analyst Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements. - Create detailed business requirement documents. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Experience in process improvement methodologies. - Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
