You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter BA. Strong understanding of business process analysis. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. Ability to conduct impact analysis on proposed changes. Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire BillingCenter BA. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
