Must have skills :Payments Fundamentals Good to have skills :Payment Processing Design Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. We are looking for a Payment Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Gather and analyze business requirements for payment systems. Identify and implement process improvements. Lead and manage payment-related projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Create detailed documentation and reports. Conduct testing and validation of payment solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, SWIFT, Payments Fundamentals. Strong understanding of Payment SDLC. Exposure to Payment SDLC Tracking Tools such as ADO / Jira / Confluence etc. Strong understanding of Payment Message Flow (Origination to Destination). Understanding of various Payment System - ACH/SEPA/PSD2/API/NACHA/STEP2-T/TIPS/SDD/SCT. Experience working with Payment Engine (like New Payment Platform, GPP etc). Experience working with API (Rest-API) Message. Experience working with Json (ISO 20022) Message. Understanding of ACH Direct Debit / Credit Transfers. Understanding of Instant Credit/Debit Transfers. Experience working with Swift MT Messages/Proprietary Messages. Experience working with Swift MX - ISO20022 (Xml) Messages. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
