Must have skills : SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business improvements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and document business processes and workflows.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvements.- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.- Experience in conducting process assessments and optimizations.- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration with other systems.- Hands-on experience with process mapping and modeling tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
