Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. A typical day may include assessing the current state of operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the business model aligns effectively with technology, ultimately driving improvements and efficiencies within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and system requirements. Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter BA.- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.- Ability to create detailed business requirements and functional specifications.- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
