You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to key decisions and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements effectively. Develop and maintain business process documentation. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
