Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida-58 for a Business Analyst at Ramp Infotech. The Business Analyst will interact with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze and optimize business processes, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include liaising between technical teams and business units, creating detailed reports, and identifying gaps or opportunities to enhance efficiency. Collaboration and communication will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights and solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and provide actionable insights.
• Expertise in Business Analysis and defining business requirements to meet organizational needs.
• Proficiency in evaluating and refining Business Processes for optimal efficiency and performance.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant certifications or training in business analysis or process improvement methodologies (e.g., CBAP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Educational background in Business, Management, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
