Job Description

Ability to gain in-depth understanding of the Companys Insurance software products and solutions
Work closely with product and business teams to understand client needs, and fine tune the product road map & enhancements
Ability to understand client business requirements and map into appropriate solution in the product
Strong experience in writing in-depth Functional & Technical Specification documents, BRD and other supporting product documentation
Mapping requirements into user stories, estimating efforts & commercials, tracking product release cycles, BA sign off on testing, and client sign off for UAT/Production

Requirement:

2-4 years experience as a business analyst in IT company
Experience in liaising with various entities of the Insurance chain (viz. TPA, Insurance company, Corporates) and good understanding of underwriting, claims, Insurance Company escalation procedure, Insurance Brokerage and Third Party business flows.
Experience in AGILE implementations and design of Insurance software solutions is an added advantage.
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Insurance domain certification will be an added advantage.
