Business Analysis Specialist

The business/ systems analysis specialist has a broad and deep knowledge of customers business environments, operations, relevant regulatory, compliance and governance frameworks as well as industry standard processes, key trends, customer segments and lines of businesses. He/ she demonstrates this knowledge and experience to advise on, capture and define business and system requirements and processes that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices.

• Design & Build

  : Extracts from OEC, ASPA, SFDC-Cloudsense, built in Informatica to produce a unified input file for migration.

• Testing Support

  : Across all stages.

• Migration Support

  : Loading data into SFDC (Billing Accounts, Assets replacing subscriptions, Contacts).

• Data Cleanup

  : Elisa data cleanup using extracts.

• B2B Support

  : Implementation of B2B extracts and support during analysis.

• Extracts & Loads

  : Design for Billing Accounts, Assets, Contacts.

• Product Mapping

  : From legacy SFDC products to new Core Commerce products.

• Migration Execution

  : Subscriptions, service removals, agreement removals.

• Testing & Integration

  : Support for testing and migration of entities from SFDC to ABP.

• Error Analysis

  : Support for analyzing and designing data cleanup errors.

• B2B Analysis

  : Within SFDC-Cloudsense

• Computer Science Degree or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
• 10 years of experience in telecom industry and/or IT, with at least 5 years practical experience in business / system analysis, working with customer on requirement and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations.
• Customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve challenges and suggest solutions using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes etc. )
• Wide knowledge & experience in set of products & master in E2E Business processes at least in one, if not most business domains.
• Proficient experience in partner and client management.

• Accurately use insights of customers business environments to influence decisions impacting customer efficient solution design.
