Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent. 1-3 years experience as a software engineer. Curious and a continuous hunger for learning and staying up to date with the latest solutions on the market (especially in the low-code field). Analytical mind creativity, open-minded attitude. Must have experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Basic working knowledge of React/Redux. Knowledge of Low Code platforms (such as Outsystems, Mendix or others) is an advantage. Familiarity with pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder. Ability to diagnose requirement and to decide what can be done with low-code instead of traditional coding (80/20 rule). To be intuitive about how an idea can be turned to an actual working application using drag and drop visual environment. Results-oriented attitude and a appetite to achieve your goals in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile development best practices is an advantage. What will your job look like? Deliver enterprise applications with minimal traditional coding needed. You will Develop and Maintain Applications using our inhouse low code platform. You will work together with the team members to achieve delivery goals at very high-quality standards. You will investigate issues and provide fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds. You will carry out solution testing to ensure it fulfills the requirement and does not break existing Application. You will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques & reusing existing solutions by means of automation, reduces design complexity, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client/end-user experience.
