Roles & Responsibilities Prior Mitchell/Enlyte product knowledge desirable. Must be proficient in MS Office, Confluence, and test case execution along with expertise in UI/UX. Key Responsibilities Document QA processes, test strategies, workflows, and best practices. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test cases and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear documentation. Maintain and organize documentation in Confluence and other knowledge bases. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong experience with Confluence and test case management/execution. Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks.
