Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Accountant located in Srinagar. The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis. Daily tasks will include budgeting, handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The Business Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support organizational growth. Qualifications Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of tax regulations and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work on-site in Srinagar Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is a plus Show more Show less
