Job Description

International Voice Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to international customers for sales and lead generation.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve overall goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 4 years of experience in
international voice process / sales / telesales
.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Persuasive selling skills with the ability to handle objections.
Comfortable working in
night shifts / graveyard shifts
.
Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
