International Voice Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to international customers for sales and lead generation.
  • Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve overall goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in

    international voice process / sales / telesales

    .
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Persuasive selling skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Comfortable working in

    night shifts / graveyard shifts

    .
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
