Buisness Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, market research, and business strategy, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in English, Bengali and Hindi.
