Job Description

LBM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT service sales and must be actively working or have worked on Upwork or similar platforms for lead generation and project bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new international clients via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Write effective and customized project proposals for IT services (web/app/blockchain/digital marketing).
  • Conduct client communication, understand their needs, and propose relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored project quotes and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,680.74 - ₹40,788.49 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
