Buisness Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and providing recruitment solutions tailored to their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Experience Required: Fresher to 2 Years

Qualification- Any Graduate can apply

Job Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Onsite)
Working Days & Hours: 6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive Salary & Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
