Monitoring and Operating Systems:

Oversee and manage building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of all systems

Documentation:

Write detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance activities

System Optimization:

Provide recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.

Technical Support:

Identify and resolve technical problems related to the building's integrated systems.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with environmental regulations

Customer Service:

Maintain a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with site management and clients

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a BMS operator.

Working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
