Building Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities related to the construction, fit-out, and maintenance of township buildings (administrative, residential, industrial, etc.).
• Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with design, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing teams during all project phases.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and government agencies as required.
• Review and validate building-related drawings, BOQs, materials, and method statements.
• Maintain building performance standards post-handover, including facility maintenance protocols.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and handover processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification:

  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  8 years

  of experience in building construction and management, preferably in township/industrial park or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in managing multi-use buildings, including administrative, industrial, and residential blocks.
• Familiarity with construction management software, safety standards, building codes, and compliance procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
