Job Description

As a Property and Asset Management professional at the site, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Property Management Services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through innovation and technology. Your key responsibilities include: - Guiding, grooming, developing, and supporting manpower at the site to tackle challenges effectively. - Formulating budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs & KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies. - Maintaining service level agreements and ensuring performance indicator scores are excellent. - Overseeing vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring accuracy of billing information. - Planning manpower for the site and actively participating in the hiring process. - Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of structures and facilities. - Assisting in creating the annual budget for site operations and strategies for effective management. - Reviewing and updating data, files, and emails regularly. - Dealing with occupants" queries and ensuring a robust complaint management process. - Communicating operational complications to authorities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Creating business continuity plans and resolving emergency maintenance matters promptly. - Maintaining strong relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, and authorities. - Generating daily and monthly management reports and coordinating as-built drawings. You will be working on DLF, a Commercial site, and reporting to the Operation Manager. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and meticulous skills. Understanding and managing people dynamics are essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry. - Candidates with residential experience will be preferred for residential sites.
