Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Manager located in Mumbai. The Building Manager will oversee daily building operations, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities include managing building maintenance and repairs, adhering to budgets, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role will require working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to building occupants and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Building Maintenance, including overseeing repairs and ensuring operational efficiency
• Knowledge and experience in Budgeting, including resource allocation and cost control
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under deadlines
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards
• Experience in the real estate or property management sector is a plus
