Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development & Sales Executive based in Hyderabad,Banglore,Mumbai,Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic sales plans. Other responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating contracts and deals, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and support the company's growth strategies.

Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop strategic sales plans
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making in a competitive market environment
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the technology, smart solutions, or automation industries is a plus
