Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit (BU) Head, located in Navi Mumbai / Gurugram. The BU Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and achieving business objectives. Tasks include managing cross-functional teams, driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to implement company goals effectively.
