Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BU Manager (Sales & Operations) located in Gurugram. The BU Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role requires overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, and identifying business opportunities.
